As far as I know Venus is a planet with hundreds of heat degrees. And most atmospheres are Co2 and So2.
When it rains, It will be acid rain and because it's very hot. The rain will evaporate back to the sky....and never dropped to the ground.
So I think there are many ways to cool it down such as
1. Change The Hot Light From The Sun To Cold
2. Atmosphere Separation
3. Drilling The Large Holes & Pipe
4. Drill A Lot Of Small Hole
5. Rain Curtain
