I think that those who are the hunter and shoot at the crowd....They do not see the value of life for himself and others.
Why they do not see any important of relationships or cobweb that connect between people and people and other things such as nature?
If we assuming the initial Equation To Solve This Problem is

What are the variables to put in this equation?
I think there are still many more hidden hunter in the USA and what is the ways to reduce these numbers?....I think that scarcity, starve and hard to find any food...... it's seems to be the answer to this matter.
So I think the variables and equation that will be used to solve this problem are
RealPrice - I - D = Index of the hunter's problem
And the value of each variables is
RealPrice = GDP or the wealth of people in USA
I = Return rate from the government's budget that will be used in this measure such as
- Providing every week with at least 1 day of starve in the range from 8 to 18 o'clock.....In the beginning of campaign should start with children first
- Increase the location and help the cost of consulting a psychiatrist, psychotherapy etc.
- Increase a Charming Sport
- Increase a park or resting place for people
- Do not kill and eat turkeys during the festival and pray for those who do not have faith etc.
D = Distribution or spreading such as
- Wealth, technology, knowledge, factories etc. to the outside of the USA
- Buying more products from foreign countries.
- Support and give money to Hollywood to create remake valued movies from foreign countries etc.
Index of the hunter's problem = number of murderer, hunter or the effect of this problem
The Results From Equation
1. If the Index of the hunter's problem value decreases, it means
1.1 Government measures has succes ( I ), such as increasing the numbers of parent and people that agree and join with the starve campaign
1.2 GDP has decreases and D has increase to outside of the USA (knowledge, technology, factories etc. ).... This change is mean that USA will not be no.1 anymore in the world economy.
2. If the Index of the hunter's problem value increases and there is a crisis, it means
As I said from the beginning, America is losing balance between GDP, money and the value of life.
If the number of hunters increases or may be more intelligent and out of control.
Meaning, the government allowed this crisis while still keep the GDP or wealth and ignoring who will be shot or killed.
