Position
Forecasting position of the delay light should not be a straight line or the same line as in every round (Pic.1)
But it should be as in Pic.2, depending on the calculation of the receiver and the sender...Position it should be or how many year in each round.

From Pic.1, the red arrow is the natural light that we see, which is always the light from the past.
And all we have to do is calculating its position when it moves as close as to the earth. And must be in a position that is not obscured by the sun
Suppose that in the round 3rd, the earth and planet A will be closely to overlap ( next 30 years) and most suitable to see planet A (Pic.2)
planet A will release A Green Arrow that created from the delay light machine here. (Pic.3)
At this position we can see the signal from the planet A (Green Arrow) even the planet A is gone. (Pic.4)

The 3 Dimension’s Moving Pattern
The original position of the earth and planet A can be replaced or switch position when we viewed in 2D, but in 3D....the overlap will not fit (Pic.1)
Suppose that every 10 years...the time period and position that may travel be the same and can only be overlap on the top or bottom.
Meaning that the top or bottom position are in the same plane.
And if the top position is obscured by the sun....Result that we can only see planet A at the bottom (Pic.2)
But in reality, planet A is moving in the same plane as our earth....But at a different times. So and cause that we always can not see the planet A (Pic.3)

From Pic 1, we can see both the light and the planet A....But because the light takes a time to travel (millions of light years) and result the lights that we see are come from the past.
In fact, planet A has moved, but we still see the light from planet A as in Pic 2
When planet A moves, we also move....And result the image or light that we see from planet A is always come from the past too (Pic.3)

The 2 Dimension’s Moving Pattern
Suppose that there are 2 similar galaxies and in the same universe (Pic.1)
Planet A is in the galaxy 1, earth is in the galaxy 2
Red Arrow is the light from planet A that we see which is millions of light years away.
And suppose, when both galaxies move, the length of the Red Arrow doesn't change.
And it will cause the rotation of characteristics to be as in Pic 2
And when it continues the rotating.....The result will be shown as in Pic 3. In other words, there is switching or alternating position.
